i had commented on this review first before reading Jayrobs , thats why..

both reviews are very well put together and lots of useful info in it.

oh no i used Duracell pro's
jk mine came out a bit high too 1.9mrad
rechecked using to laserglow method 1.2 mrad

ahh so if you count only the inside dot then it was about 31mm and a far cry from 1.8mrad. More like 1.2mrad.

As to the Bias. I'm not interested in a free laser. If steve had asked for the laser back, I would have happily sent it back and not been sad about it at all. I am a man of INTEGRITY. When I say something, I MEAN it. This review was not done on the basis of me getting a damn laser for free. You want me to call an apple an orange and I'll tell ya to shove the apple up yer bung. That's just plain not how I roll. Fine you've got a hard on for wicked. you hate them. That's on you and not me. I'm not going to say that the laser isn't expensive. As you've mentioned you can get a laser for considerably less. Some people though feel that the cool design, and the wicked name lends a little more value to the laser than some cheap chinese peice of crap. I don't see gayfoss comin up with sexy hosts like wickeds. Nor do I see that gangsta that got shot down in the ghetto wearing $25 walmart special shoes. Is the $100 extra for a pair of Nikes worth it? It was to him. Now, I'm not saying keep your opinion to yourself and don't let people know about wickeds past history. I'm not saying that. It does factor into a persons decision to purchase a wicked laser laser or not. At least it should. Let your opinion out. Just don't get defensive when someone disagrees with your opinion.

When someone , anyone, says .. 20.00 for a PHR SLED!!!!

then the same person says , i would gladly pay 600 for the sexy 150mw green. .

that raises a flag.. I like your review and thats what this thread is about.

I updated this to reflect that the laser is not an elite as I'd originally thought but is a Evolution Pro and a significantly lower price point in comparision to the Executive 125mw

I'd like to point out that just because a laser does not have all 5 safety measures does not mean it isn't FDA approved. Take a look at the RPL for example, if you can tell the FDA a good reason why a laser doesn't need all five safety measures they'll approve it and allow you to sell it in this US IIRC.

Great review Ken. They couldn't of picked a better bunch of guys. I'm not that big on pen styles but that looks futuristic. Very nice.

In order to be FDA approved they do have to have the 5 features or file for an Exception to the rules. This I don't believe is the case. I may be wrong. I'm only stating my belief from readin the FDA's guidelines for compliance and filing.

Did the laser come with an FDA accession number? If not, then it is not approved.
