I'm wondering what it is pumped with too, assume 40-50 percent pump efficiency to 1064, then what efficiency for SHG for CW? Prob. about what you are guessing, maybe if they are using a intra-cavity KTP might be higher efficiency requiring a smaller pump.

IINM dpss 532 is only 20-25% efficient overall depending on how efficient the crystal is so yea, likley a 40w 808nm pump, could be a bar type 808nm I never have torn down a 532 that big.

Yes 808 to 1064 then doubled to 532 , it's a 2 part crystal ktp and yvo4 but you know that.

I can't even imagine what 10W of green would look like. I guess DPSS is the only way to achieve that much power. Just think of a portable unit.
