oh man those are nice styropyro had some of them too he took the photodiode out on them and got over 30 mw out of them.
I'm in if someone does a GB on them I think noone needs 6 of them:beer:

Only one left though. I seem to recall seeing this before, the title says "lot of #", but you are only paying for one. Kinda scum-baggish and misleading.

Plus they are for parts and not working.....GB for a broken laser with hopes you can fix it.....sounds horrible to me

Yea, but even if you can't get them working, at least you have a 473 crystal set for only 100$. There was one of these on ebay a while back for like 80$, I'm kicking myself for not snagging it.

Yea i really want a 473nm but the price is too expensive and i dont want to risk buying broken ones and not being able to fix them :(

Found this excellent looking buy. A Small Uniphase Novette HeNe laser in mint condition with its original box, power supply, and manual. The seller claims it has never been run other than to verify that it still works. The current bid is 35$ plus shipping (I assume shipping varies by location so I wont quote the costs).

And so your all aware I am NOT looking to bid on this. Much as I wish I could I simply don't have the money, but would love the idea of someone on here who wants a HeNe snagging this deal.

Here is something interesting. link. I have no idea what these things are. I think high powered IR, seeing as they are water cooled, and the seller says they were used for "etching". Can't find a single thing about this online anywhere, don't know what machine it came from, or what company said machine was made by. Therefore, I will not be spending any money on it- I am sure someone here could snag it and get it working- I imagine there is a LOT of power to be had from that thing. Each one is fiber coupled also.

I've seen those floating around on ebay before and considered buying one. Just some fiber coupled diodes on a water cooling block. Power could range anywhere from milliwatts to watts each. Likely 800-1200nm Worth a shot for the amount you get IMHO. Anyone want to split a unit?

I am almost positive they are just a bunch of 808 diodes or bar arrays. Keep us updated, Cyparagon! :)
