Just came accross these, 10 400mw 650nm diodes for $25, if they actually do go to 400mw, that's a bargain !

I found the datasheet for these diodes. 400mW is PULSED. Continuous wave is only 150mW.

I have the host ordered. I need to know how long an aurora sh032 heat sink is.

I have two Aurora SH032 hosts. And the heatsinks are not interchangeable. One heatsink is too big(barely) to fit inside the other one. So I think your best bet is to wait. If you want though, I can get measurements for the gold plated heatsink that went with th host you sold me.
