It's the collimator. I don't know when this was made, probably 20+ years ago.

Spectra Physics 164 + 265 exciter.

Depending on the tube it could be Ar, Ar/Kr or just Kr. No pictures of the head included so impossible to say without those. Could be a steal if it's working.

The RGB Photonics spectrometers from this seller is quite an amazing deal.

I scored the Qwave which have a 3648 pixel sensor for 200 GBP. The ones listed now are Qmini and have 2500 pixel sensor.

They are calibrated. Just needs the right fiber cable and it's plug and play.

Here are measurements of 473 and 532. The readings are a little bit off because I'm just using a random cheap cable until I receive a proper one.






Edit: I'm still getting familiar with this thing so I did a another take with different setup and settings

That was an amazingly good deal, Dr.Laser. It seems like that guy is selling several of them and you got it for the starting bid. I am very happy for you.

BTW, those extra lines in your 561nm is not what I would call a good surprise. It should be stable at just one line.

The input connections to the Laser are not
shorted... I wouldn't trust those Lasers as
working to spec.
