They refunded me said sorry they all sold out on promotion and my order could not go through. What BS, I bet someone made them a package deal.


HERES more, but with shipping it will be about 420, I may do a block of 06's anyway, I won't even pull them, see below.

I think I would like to do a nubm06 block intact and correct the Gball output where it sits.

Like this because the corrected beams are slightly bigger but better corrected and square, then use a large sliding lens in front of it all...enclosed of course.

This way we can use the whole block, Styro made his video with his the diodes output un corrected, once corrected range can be extended, and a stack of 2 blocks would be ideal.

They jacked the price on that too!

That XJ-V1 projector is selling for that price on Amazon now too (~$420 shipped in case the price changes there too) if you don't want to deal with Fleabay.

Something is very wrong here. Have ordered a from several sellers on both amazon and ebay today and every time I order they cancel stating out of stock and raise the price. A few others are still pending so they could be canceled as well. Not sure what is going on. Amazon they just get to cancel and not much you can do. On Ebay they quickly refunded me but so far I have refused to accept the cancelation which means they will still have to pay the sellers fees if they don't come through and complete the transaction.

Hmmm... that does sound like BS then. I'm glad you didn't accept the cancellation though, because those are dirty tactics. I wonder if they were speculating on the XJ-V2 dropping the price of the XJ-V1 or something.

My paypal shows a refund for the 385 dollars.

I don't think they can cancel the refund without at the very least paypal sending me a notification that I can contest, but that has not happened, my pay pal shows the purchase as -385 then a refund as + 385 and that's all besides all my other purchases.

How can they scam this?

Maybe they all dropship from the same watehouse that put an extra zero in ther on hand quote, they claimed 100 units @ 350.00 wholesale when they only had 10.

That would be my guess, the sellers are all established, not overnight sign ups.

This could be a supply side typo.

Yes Ricker I hope you scored one of the 10, but let us know if you get a late cancellation, you no doubt have checked your email and paypal so keep us updated and let me know when you get it.

Yea if it was on ebay and they just refunded through paypal then you have your money back and if you want to stick it to the seller then do nothing at this point. Don't open a item not received as then they can agree and get their fees back. Just leave appropriate feedback and deny any ebay cancellation request they send you for the order and they will have to eat the ebay selling fees which will hit them between $22-38 depending on what the fee is for the category it is listed in.

Well, I got a late cancellation email late last night, so at work this morning I bought one off of amazon, and go figure they do the same thing! WTF is going on?!

I have now had 8 different sellers cancel my orders now and still have three other sellers that have not yet but expect them to any time. This is complete BS. Took about 30 minutes but finally got to a high level supervisor over at amazon and he said it warranted a serious investigation on the sellers and what they were doing was highly against policy and suspected collusion. I am waiting for them to get back to me as he said he would escalate it to the highest levels and try force the situation to get them for me at the price I was offered weather or not the sellers make good "but to their detriment"(he quoted) since it is also a prime warehouse item they offer as well. I would call and do the same with any canceled amazon order. The more people ring the bell and they just might make good on this weather they eat it and send the projectors from their warehouse or get the sellers to pony up and make good. The ebay you are just hosed as they don't really care you can just leave feedback and also not agree to any cancellation leaving the seller still owing the selling fees.

Well, I couldn't get through very well, 23 minutes and the lady said it's no big deal and the site hasn't updated its "not in stock" part, and I'll get a refund in 2 to 3 days.. what the f. I guess i just didn't know the right thing to say, I told her what they're doing and she didn't believe me or something.

We can't be getting blacklisted, the Orwellian nightmare is not beyond litigation because these are private resellers, I do need an answer to this.

Was your seller one of the ones that relisted it for a higher price? If not that is probably why you did not make any headway. What was your order number that was canceled. I will relate it to the guy when he calls back.
