Good news, everyone!
I've put together the latest build for all four platforms, and have fixed a couple critical bugs. It has not been tested on Linux yet, but I'm hoping that since it's now available, it will happen soon enough.

- Updated the functionality of connecting and disconnecting so that the graph will not clear unexpectedly.
- Updated graphing functionality to render gaps in received data.
- Added additional alerts to pass users more information.
- Added automatic serial refreshing.
- Added threading so that computationally intensive processes will not be done on the main thread.
- Note: I forgot to update the version number; it still says 1.0.4.9.

I just downloaded this, but I don't have my meter with me so I haven't tried it out yet.
One feature i would like to see is being able to choose where the averaging will start from. I think it is stupid that warm up time counts in the average on laserbee datalogging. Even if it was just a simple check box "start average after 30 seconds" I would be very happy. Better would be being able to drag a vertical line on the graph to the point where you would like to start averaging.

Fun fact - Peregrine already does that! But - even better than what you asked for!
When you open the window to create a new measurement, set the threshold at which you want Peregrine to start recording. This allows you to stop warmup time from affecting your average reading. I default the value at 10mW just so that graphing doesn't immediately start, but you can set it to even be something like 800mW if your LPM responds slowly.

You could easly just wait 30 seconds before clicking the [Run]
button on your EagleEye Data Logging Screen..
Although your suggestion is a good idea for us lazy guys...

Yeah, he has been programming since we have been in diapers so I mean he should be able to add that feature in a couple of minutes!

I'm still having issues exporting the graph. The status bar at the bottom says done after the time expires for the test. The menu pops up just fine but when I click the button nothing happens. That goes for Graph Image and Dataset. Tried deleting the whole thing and re downloading it with the same issue. Any ideas?

Which OS are you running on? What should pop up when you hit 'Save Graph' would be a directory browser. It's tested and working on Windows and Mac OSX - but not Linux.
I'll see if there are any known issues.
