:o :o :o nice reading i might just pick up some more i can get the diode for 20.00 8-)

What would you sell the sleds for jake21?

I would like a couple if your talking $30 or $40 ea...
Jay

WOW :o that cheap! you are extremely lucky to be getting them at that price, I'd like to know how much you would sell them for.

what is the best (safe) current to run these at, I was thinking 200mA-220mA but not sure (and I mean if I get one of the less damaged diodes).

At the moment it seems to be a complete jackpot to be honest. If you want to be 100% sure it will live for a while, then 150mA, butfor a good diode, I would say 180mA ish

Erm... just a question... whats better now; SF-AD210 or *da real* GGW 6x? Need stable 200mW w/ Acrylic

That's a tough question to answer because there are mixed readings with the SF-AW210 diodes...

Some seem to be higher power than the 6X, but we do not have enough testing to determine their durability yet.

There has been more testing done on the GGW 6X diodes...

mine is still doing good at 200mA.....(sf-aw210)

so far so good.......and i've been using it ALOT....

Got my diode today ;D ;D ;D. Now all I need is the flexdive ;D, and then hope its a good diode.

So I Finally have my diode all set up with jayrobs lens in my projector but Im not sure what to set it at..

This is with the glass lens:
130ma-191mw
150ma-241mw
180ma-284mw
200ma-335mW

I want this to be as powerful as possible but not enough to dramatically shorten its life.

Any thoughts????????
