When i bought a laser diode in an AixiZ module from him, he went ahead and sent me an extra AixiZ module!!! Who does he think he is?

But yeah, Greg is a really nice guy, even though sometimes he can get abit angry, but I know the feeling ;)

Hey there Things, Since when was I considered a n00b? ;) I bought my first red "credit card" style pointer form Tandy (Radioshack) for over $200 about 15 years ago. Wasn't that before you were even born? ;D

My reason for starting this thread was just to be satirical, no need to be so literal (sigh)

Hey Greg, just wanted to say that I'm sorry for the old thread about my supplier. I did not mean for it to be slander and am sorry. I recant my previous statements. I realize that it was not your fault, it was my supplier's fault and he is not a good supplier at that. It's best that I'm not doing business with him anymore anyways.

Keep up the great work you do here.

This "Greg" fellow sent me a bunch of c-mounts to test for him, and now he wont even let me send them back. I am FORCED to keep them. BEWAREEEEE!!!!!!!
 
Oooh what kinda of c-mounts, power ? wavelength ? that was really horrible of him to let you keep them like that though.

power is somewhere over .5W, still working on a driver to really crank them up though. Wavelength is in the IR, completely invisible to the eye AND to cameras. probably over 1200nm... dangerous stuff.

I may be ordering some IR diodes from him in the future, does he add a power supply and batteries to the laser so when I open up my package the laser will point in my eye? I could easily see Greg doing something like that. Thanks!
