Microwave oven leak

The .gov website you posted earlier was only reaffirming my points thus far. :/

Bees are dying because of things.

Honey Bee Die-Off Caused By Multiple Factors Including Pesticides | News & Notes, What Matters Today | BillMoyers.com

I don't really like it when people start trying to fight nature's form of natural selection.

For the 99.999999% of all other animal species that ever existed on Earth - when they went extinct - they stayed that way. And the sun continued to come up the next day.

Hate to sound harsh, but that's naturalism for you.

EDIT: I'm back btw. Finished finals today. :)

That's why I posted it. I was wrong is the conclusion I've come to (just nuked some dinner in the microwave :D

the sun continued to come up the next day.
Yes that is reality. We are seeking to preserve the human species. If we nuke ourselves for example, life continues, maybe roaches evolve as the dominant species

It's just us that are gone. Einstein who was a pretty smart guy I think, said that if the bees die off, mankind has 2 years left. I don't know how he came to that conclusion, but it is at least food for thought. Cheers

Congratulations on finishing your finals BTW :gj:

It will work better if you have more in there throw in the X-box and lap top

So, I'm gonna test this by putting my oscilloscope and cell phone in the microwave and cook covered until 170 degrees...Am I missing anything?

So, if I cook till golden brown, can I still harvest the diodes and use them in RF experiments to cause bee extinction?

Thanks for sharing that Spooky ;) Interesting read. Matches a lot of the info previously shared by forum members in the thread

What about( the following should be read as a loud deep voice from above), BACKGROUND RADIATION, Our bodies absorb so much every day that a cellphone is nothing in comparison. I have a radiation detector that uses a Geiger-Mueller tube. The tube is .36x1.5" and in my dwelling it reads 17.7 counts per minute, That means that 17.7 events take place in a minute. Either a Alpha or Beta particle or a Gamma or X-ray photon has entered the tube and been detected. So now think of how big your body is and how many .36x1.5 tubes it would take to cover it. That's how much you get a minute!

This site has almost real-time readings for Background Radiation.
Detail Maps

So stop with the cellphones and microwaves, you could sit in a room full of them and not come close to the energy that Background Radiation is hitting you with.

Thank you for the data Antharak. Empirical evidence is always reassuring :gj:

I've said it before and I'll say it again; we spend our entire lives in a SEA of ionizing radiation. The nonionizing radiation we are exposed to is harmless.

Not smarter - just educated further. Education doesn't make you smarter. :p

You had a long post there.

I agree with you 100%. Actually the company that I am employed at, LG has a special facility near to my place of work at LG U+ for doing mobile research.
One top priority of all cell manufacturers is to make sure their products are as safe as possible.
LG and Samsung have both beaten this WIFI and cellphone (non-ionizing) "RF radiation causes cancer" urban myth to death
and found after many failed attempts to try and nuke various rodents that it was unsuccessful at causing cancer in them.
This being said however, once a threshold of 1W/cm2 was, heating of the rodents was noticeable. Not sure if they were edible after.
No phone can produce this kind of output power density. A large TV repeater tower... a large Radar... yes...
Can it cause cancer... doubtful. RF burns yes.

yummy... Anyone want organically raised Nezumi-Yaki

I've also heard the myth that using handsfree earbuds are worse since the wire somehow conducts the radiation and you stick it in your head for a more direct blast of microwaves to the brain.

No kidding. that's a new one.
I think one things for certain, mental health problems are getting more interesting. :undecided:

Lmao. I love the Bluetooth-aneurism claims. Seriously they make me laugh so much. No one objects to wifi though, not that it is remotely dangerous, but it just shows how logic is not part of the thought process.

I just want to take these people into my 3KW rf field and watch their heads burst.

I have the cheapest microwave leak detector on the planet earth! You get yourself a 24" florescent tube. Turn on your microwave and put the bulb close to it and all around it. If it lights up, you have a problem. Yes this really works, the bulb will glow if there are leaks! That is use it outside the microwave, do not put it inside!!!!!
