I'm not sure if you know this already, you can use the "smash" command in eagle and click on the part so that the part name and value can be separated and moved as independent text and placed wherever in the PCB so it won't end up under other parts

I know It looks ugly that the silk screen is just jam together like that. I certainly can use smash. I am just too lazy.

Maybe If I got the time to build them. Once I got everything working, I can just edit the silk screen easily in Eagle.

And no, I am not using an ASIC. It will be too expensive.
