Are there any flexdrives left or will anymore be produced? I like what I read about these alot more than the microboost.

drlava told me on sunday that he had them ready to sell and he would be updating the site very soon. I went ahead and ordered mine then and they are in the mail and I should have them today!

Well lucky you! My check comes in tomorrow.... I hope with all the waiting there will be some left when i will be able to order them :)

Got my V5's today! I'm making my test load mid next week (have 2 tests Mon. and Tue.), so i'll be making sure they all made it safely then. They were packaged well and didn't look abused so I have no worries! Thanks drlava!

I am confused why one would want a Boostdrive over a Flex. Everything a boost does, a Flex does better?

Higher forward voltage.

Off topic here though I found yesterday that hooking up a 445nm diode to a groove 2 at 6.6 volts to the driver I was able to acheive 719mA
to the diode. I have heatsinks to the chip and a huge heatsink on the diode side.

I had fun playing with that bad boy.

but the flex drives up to the required for a bluray, why would you need higher voltage?
