Hey takes a bit to reply. if 12x goes up to 7 volts, what is the max out volt of the micro vs Flex

So did the mA ranges change on this batch of Flexdrives? I just received my v5 flex yesterday and I noticed the mA ranges on the manual that came with this driver were different from the ones in the manual of a v5 flexdrive I received a few months ago. For instance the upper range to 1.5A now just has all of the resistors soldered together where as the older version of the manual shows the last resistor being removed. I'm a bit confused...

I missed nearly 1.5 years in lpf, I was very busy.
Now i see that there is 445nm diodes, C-mount. Amazing..
I'm really lost among all these threads, will someone give me some of his time to explain what happend ?
I have some question :
how do you collimate the cmount? with a 445nm "aixiz lens" but does it exist other lens, like the drlava one?
what is a reasonable current for this diode ?
Flex or microdrive or 7135 driver, lm317... ? thanks =)

Welcome back. You should split up your questions and put them in the right threads.

Most of us run the 445nm diode at 1-1.2A current.

Sent you a PM maus..

reasonable current is up to 1-1.5A..

thanks for your PM, that's clear now
so no cmount but 5.6 mm@1 watt, nice
here is the ma/mw from stonetek :
400ma-245mw
500ma-350mw
600ma-460mw
700ma- 565mw
800ma- 640mw
900ma- 740mw
1000ma- 850mw
1180ma- 1 WATT

I think something happened to Lava. The real questions is: What are we going to do when he stops making these. We will kind of be screwed unless HM or Benm steps up. They seem to be some of the best in electronics for now.

I think he's been hanging out on PL... I saw a thread started by him a couple days ago there.
