A beam expander would be awesome. Just have two questions about them: What wavelengths of light can they take, and what diameter of host are they designed to fit onto? And then depending on the answer from the last question, what kind of power cam they take?
Hey Jedirock,
The beam expander can take 200kw/cm2 and all visible wavelengths.
Two kinds of well anodized adapters were machined to fit PL-C head and laser pointer pen(@14mm) and would be provided along with the beam expander. See ths youtube video here: YouTube - 3x beam-expanders and PL-C Green lasers and Titanium laser pointer pens. It's a 3x beam expander. The test pics of the 5x beam expanders are here: Before; After.
Thanks!
They were modeled on the Edmund beam expander at this page.
Hak would review these expanders and adapters soon. Thanks Hak!
