Damn you might as well build your own motherboard.

Hire a mexican to do it :na:

I agree, you can pick them up at home depot by the dozens, or atleast here you can, idk the quantity or quality of mexicans you have in Missouri. Last time I was there I went to tom sawyers cave, I never saw a home depot, just a golden corral. lol.

Just do it in a production run... do all 50 boards with one same component...
If you have identical components do them at the same time..
Then go to the next different component and so on..

Before you know it you will be putting the last part on each of the 50
boards...

OR...

You can learn the re-flow method using a modified toaster oven...
There is an article on it somewhere... Can't remember off hand where
I saw it..

BTW.... don't feel too bade.... I have 100 of these to build...

hey matt if you need help with the toaster method just give me a shout. youll need a toaster with a quartz element and a hypodermic full of solder paste. its a lot simpler than you think and takes way less time.

I'm not sure how much easier it would be though.....The majority of the time spent is getting the components into place.

the only step baking them would take out is actually grabbing the iron and soldering them, which only takes a couple of seconds...
