Hey Kenom,
I want to buff mine out first. I am still leaning to powder coating, just clear over a buffed shine. Maybe tinted, haven't decided.

I bet you colorized powder coating would hide most of those tooling marks w/ little prep.
I still think you should look into this, (if you plan on having coating as an option in the future) as it is cheap, easy to do, works great on aluminum, and would give your product a wide range of finish color/tint options.
(As I am sure these will grow into something great further down the road)

(BTW-The Kenometer arrived yesterday-THANK YOU, it is great! Though I am crying over my WL 125 Fusion that hits only 95 for one second and then settles out at 75 or less if warm. Go Figure, Stinkin' WL'ers! :'()
