VFS!!!!! That's Very F****** Sweet! I just ordered 3 GB BluRays and 3 Phazors, one of the BRs is going into this nice thing! Very much looking forward to this - looks like a VERY high quality host... I think this will be an historical moment in the history of the Laser Hobbyist community! :)

nvm mind, lol, one is the $800 barrel, the other is the actual product... Got it! :)
 
right. The small one is the prototype that cost $895. The larger one is the $35 one.

Do these type of diodes have decent enough divergence for a pointer? And how delicate is a cmount

okay, your checking my luggage as I come back from a trip to Iran....

in the X-ray, you see some large metal barrels, and some other stuff. you realize that I am carrying powerful class 3B lasers....

You also realize that I have an Iranian passport...

I had my blu-rays in the little black project boxes wrapped up with electrical tape so they could easily dissect and see what was inside. That just made things worse. Not that they loved seeing the toggle and pushbutton switches either...

Oh, and the laptop in my suitcase tested positive for explosives. (yes, falsely, somehow)

I had to go through  3 separate TSA supervisors, the 3 cops they called, and the Bomb Assessment Officer.

Oh, and some gentlemen working for the FBI joint terror task force were waiting for me at the gate as I returned home.
I win.
