Its a maritime cat training aid used to dissuade the ship's cat from climbing around in the rigging of sailboats . Shoots flaming fireballs @100 fps . :evil:

Well, it's maritime, after all ..... but nothing to do with cats :p :D
 
Basically yes, it's a flare shooter ..... waterproof emergency 2 shots flare shooter for nautical use ;)

Good also as self-defense tool in short range, cause it can be shooted quickly also with only one hand, but i've said nothing, ok ? :p :D

Yes, that was the original usage for flares, until cats became sought after for their rat killing abilities during the plague. Then, most maritime cats became landlubbers.
