Make another one like this someday which uses three 26650 batteries keeping the ratio sizes close to the same between the diameter of the handle and the head and I'd be interested in it. I think the head would probably be closer to 2" across for that.

That sounds awesome, I just got this one myself. Hopefully it's enough for 3.5a of awesome 465

Re: Fs: CUSTOM LASER HOSTS, NEW HOSTS ADDED TODAY 9/2/15

I don't recommend 3 X 26650 batteries like I asked for unless you know the driver you are going to use can handle it. I guess you will be buying a boost driver for yours with one battery then. I don't know if one battery will last very long with over 3.5 amps draw when in boost mode, but if you don't plan on pushing the duty cycle anyway, it may not matter. Carry extra batteries if you want a longer run time :) A smaller host with a nice heat sink on it like this one has can be a very nice thing too. I've amost pulled the trigger on buying this one several times now just because it is so beautiful. Normally, I like larger hosts.

Email sent to buy this host.

This host has a copper wire wrapped grip. The host holds 1x18650 battery or 2x18350 batteries. The host is 6.5" long and has a 1.5" dia heatsink, should have a pretty good duty cycle. The host is pre wired and ready to slide a 12x30mm module in. Build should take about 10min if your module is built and ready to go. The switch on the side is momentary and there is a clicky switch in back for added safety. The focus ring in front covers the set screw that holds the module in. Thanks for looking.

80.00 shipped in the U.S.
International buyers please add 11.00 for shipping. Thanks

Ehgemus, anything new this week we can admire?

Re: Fs: CUSTOM LASER HOSTS, NEW HOSTS ADDED TODAY 9/2/15

Man there's some nice stuff here. I especially like the acrylic head, wire wound and meat tenderizer:).
I'm assuming all could be built with just a rear on/off rather than a momentary. I swear I saw a unit that you had built that had both too.
You are really getting more creative and the temptation to indulge is getting too hard to resist. +REP if I can... I can't yet:(
