I have a few A140 diodes laying around from a somewhat older projector that I'm not doing anything with, so I'm selling of a few cheaply. They're unused, they only made like 2 hours when they were still inside the projector. I'm asking 25 euro excl shipping (and shipping diodes isn't expensive). I only offer 4 of them and only for a short time, so if you want don't wait!
A140 diodes don't look exciting anymore and I'm not at home now so photo's will have to wait.
 





sorry for the tripple post! Got my diode today worked for 15 seconds then went zombie on me EXTREMELY pissed off.. with a 1017mA ben boost..

Sorry to hear the loss. The A140 diode can run 1A without problem.
But that is not a guarantee. :(

true that ! Anyway in my time being pissed of i immediatly grabbed a new m-140 and put it on the driver. Results with a 405-G2 were jawdropping! 1.8W @ 1A

I believe that RHD's diode are not binned at all.. Pure luck of the draw.

Anyway this diode installed in a dorcy host is now for sale :beer:
