First and Third Person shooter Games thread

Very cool... I really need to get around to enchanting.

I cut my left hand ring finger badly, so can't seem to game very well:(

Hopefully in a day or two I can take off the bandages and feeling will return to the tip of my finger. Then I'm back to skyrim:D

Watched a crapload game trailers... I think my next purchase will be Rage... looks awesome:eg:

Oh shit man, I'm sorry to hear that... I hope you'll recover lightning fast!

I'll keep you updated with some screenshots in the meantime! :D

Hey guys, i am still i to Oblivion the elders scrolls IV i have alot of special armour but where can i get the Deadra armour?

i closed all the oblivion gated and did the main quest soo i still hope i can get it.
also the deadric bow is awesome.

Deaedric armor becomes available after you've reached certain level, I believe it was 25 or so, then you can buy them at high-end merchants. You cannot pick up armor from the dead Dremora as you have probably figured.

Search here:
The Elder Scrolls Wiki

If you're feeling lazy, you can also go to the testing hall.

IIRC the code id actually "coc testinghall" or something like that... has a set of all possible armors in there, just be careful not to pickup anything that's quest related:p

It actually has a set of everything in the game.

You will find that it's a testing area which contains, quite literally, every possible interactable object in the game.

Not that I've ever visited it ofcourse. I prefer the hard way of earning nice toys and spells to play around with.

The testing hall in skyrim is not nearly as nice IMO.

Instead of rooms with tables laid out, they just have a bunch of closets:(

Not sure if there is a mini town for testing too... in oblivion there was, and it had some fun stuff.

Hey people, check this:

Tee-hee...

Anyway, I asked around on BioWare forums, and it appears it's a rather nice thing I don't have to buy two copies of the game to play both on my laptop and my PC, co-operative.

And yes, I said co-op, for those who didn't follow recent events, here's a small sum-up:

Mass Effect 3 will feature multiplayer co-op action with up to 4 players (IIRC).
Now, hold onto your ass, it might just be blasted:

What you do in co-op will affect your singleplayer offline campaign you play afterwards.

Ass-blastingly awesome.

Now, another thing is about this Origin service.

I asked about that too and people almost unanimously agree that Origin can suck balls, because the client is apparently a bit slower than Steam, and scans your computer or something.

There's such a heated discussion going on, that in about a minute and something it took to refresh the page on my slowish internet connection, there were two new pages written, each with 50 replies. That's like, a reply per every other second. Talk about fast forum.

What's all yours take on this Origin deal?

Personally I'd sell my own spine just to play Mass Effect 3, let alone install some minor game distribution client.

Even if it's slowish, and unreliable, and scans your computer for... whatever these ugly mean evil corporations scan your computer for, how's that the end of the world? (they sure make it look like that, over there).

Bit of a necro post. I bought Counter Strike: Global offensive couple days ago and I've been enjoying it. Anyone else here have Counter Strike: global Offensive???

Gonna get Dishonored at the end of this week.

Not a shooter, but going to be an awesome game for sure

Mass effect 3 borderlands 2 resident evil 6.... You won't see me for awhile. All AWESOME games
