@realista, In tropical or sub-tropical climates, during the dry season, insects seem to have a 6th sense where to find water or moisture, especially flies, which they need to lay their eggs. In the human eye, nose, throat, open wound, are ready sources of moisture, (mucus, blood, tears, saliva, etc.) The guy in the video may have been ill for a while & unable to have the strength to clear his nasal passages or it could have been for some other reason. Regardless, an opportunistic insect got in there, laid its eggs, they hatched, & there you have the makings of that video. I'm assuming that, that is what the cause was, but I could be wrong. The eggs could have been food or water borne, to get inside that poor guy.
