Wrong... unless everyone who donated couldn't care less about what Avery does with the money that THEY sent, Avery does not have a right to use the money for anything other than what the donations are to be used for, and that is maintaining the costs of running the forum. Anything other than that is in violation.

Avery makes quite a bit of money aside from donations so he should never need to misuse the donations

I would suggest that the people who don't care what the donation money is used for to tally it up so that Avery will have legal consent to use that amount on, say, a pedicure... heheh. When I donated, I donated with intent that it would be used to help cover the servers cost, I would be very upset if it was used otherwise
