DIODES on SALE!!

Hi Pman,
I cut a ring off the brass colored aluminum insert you remove to fill a small gap in the head the module leaves.

They are cool diodes for sure. I've been wanting to get my hands on one for a while. They been around for a while now and I'm sure there are single emitter reds with higher output if you can find someone willing to sell one. I know there's those C-mount ones Rick Trent has for $350.00 each. I'm sure the new $50k plus RGB projectors have what we all want.

You have a typo in your OP==num44 twice??? you mean 47 right?
good prices
ty for offering-
hak

+8 rep bump
I do wish you had entered your location....tho

Yes sorry about that. I fixed it. I thought I put the 44 and 47 and people were just saying that because they are essentially the same. My bad. Auto correct strikes again.
If I come across the 07E for a good price I will be sure to grab some. I don't want to undercut and step to hard on people's toes though. Plus I don't feel like selling super low and devaluing the diode market is really that good for the hobby in general.
But please feel free to message me especially if you want multiples of a certain diode. I can add what you want to an order from China.
I've been informed that some new diodes are coming especially greenies. I was about to get the 08E but my gut feeling is its probably very similar to the other high power blues. Imy really glad nobody paid for that block from techhood.
If anyone out there has one each of NUBM06, NUBM44 and NUBM05T Im wondering if there is any appreciable difference in power between them.

I can tell you the nubm44 with a G2 makes a 2.0 inch long line at 15 feet and the nubm06 with a G2 makes a 1.5 inch long line at 15 feet, making the nubm44 a full 33% more divergent on the highly divergent axis and that matters.

I really hope there is a can/window version of the 08e with 06 divergence and 44+ power, that would work well for me as I have corrected both diodes and tighter divergence is a very good thing.

I wouldn't worry about devaluing the market for the small number of diodes that pass through here. Don't think there's enough of us to sway the market in any direction at least as long as they are only sold here and not on Ebay. The 07E to me is the most interesting diode because of the color and brightness but I'm not into the burning like most of you are. There are certainly some of us who have paid a small fortune not just to satisfy our own wants but to give back here what we can.

I'm not really talking about devaluing the entire diode market. I don't anything short of opening a factory and giving them away for free could impact that. More just the hobbyist diodes. Without incentive I doubt many people would take the time to look for new diodes. I'm sure there are many interesting ones out there. And many others that will never see the light of day.
I don't personally own any high power lasers but do enjoy building them and the NUBM07E and the High power greens are both pretty cool. Nice and Bright.
There's nothing wrong with burning stuff. I think it's more of a way to show off what your lasers capable of and burning at at distance is solid achievement and takes more than just power. It's all good.

The bulk of online sales I will bet are 5-10 dollar 532's and people wanting ready made, not the smaller DIY crowd.

If future projectors come with 1 big led pumping phosphors I will find a way to focus it and make use of it.

If it comes down to burning there is no need to pump a gain medium for pretty colors. Industrial lasers will do.

But I hope we see many pretty stage lighting diodes available, as well as the tri core multi color diode I as many of you have thought about, a triangle waveguide with a RGB emitter all in close proximity and aligned with 3 tiny quartz fixed focus lenses, or a bragg grate combined diode that has 6 pins.

We shall see.

The repurposed projector parts business will change in time, but there are many variables and no 1 person is going to run it all, I suspect more and more hobbyist will do more and more for themselves, but making things easy for people is value added, pressed, soldered, lensed and ready to use serves a big part of the market, just parts is more for the real DIY people and they will seek a bargain anyway.

Unless you are getting a lot of PM buys I find it odd that more people are not buying your diodes at those prices.

Hi P,
I bought 3 - 44's a 520 1W an 5 -A140's great prices and he's nice to deal with ,folks should buy from him . Who wouldn't want a good deal on diode now and then. And if he gets some new one i'll probably buy more depending on the cash on hand.
Rich:)

Sales are good. Everyone on here have been cool to deal with. Lifetime17 thanks for the positive feedback. I wasn't feeling well for a while but I still have the custom Ehgemus host with LCD display. It's getting there if your still interested. I'm slow with my builds but I try to ship diodes as fast as posible. Thanks

Hi,
Take your time Alex i'm here sell them diodes buddy . You always been fair with all my transactions got the A140's today Woo Hooo !!

Rich:)

Thanks. Those are still good diodes. I think they get neglected with all the new high power ones, but they produce a nice small dot.

+REP for doing everyone a nice service AB. I bought too many things this month. I was going to buy $80 diode and then ended up getting Styro's Osirus unit.

I'd like three of them to build a combined output but I need someone to build it for me, since I'm in Afghanistan now.
