I use Arch Linux:

The desktop environment is KDE4, the window manager is Compiz Fusion. I made the window decorations and the color scheme more or less from scratch (stole a couple of buttons from another window decorator, but that's about it).

I think this is the third Post Your Desktop Thread here... but it's just never enough! I'll keep on posting mine I love it!!

Here's mine.  I have a program, though, that randomly changes my desktop to one of the >1,000 pictures I have taken.  How long it will stay with this particular one is kind of indefinite.

Here is only 1 of 4 desktops that I have.  This is one of my work computers.  Yes, that is a Dual screen setup.  I use this one for document controll and Pro Engineer.  It's a little speed demon.

My other work computer is using Windows 2000, so I don't dare to show that to you all.
Otherwise the rest of my computers are at home.
