I think Pyro was worried about Niko deleting it because of Tyler's request. But as we all know Niko will leave it right where it is LOL.

I can get these sleds for $50 flat, (BDR-S03) not the 203's, dont get me wrong lol, (oh god how i wish we COULD get 203's for $50!!!) but i am willing to simply stock these sleds, and redistribute for simply the cost of shipping so that people wanting the white fusion kit, can simply buy an S03 instead of a GGW (they DO put out more power, and are a bit more hardy than a GGW right Dave?) im not too familiar with the differences between the two (comparison wise i mean)
I'm a little confused. You told me you've built over 20 lasers with these "F03" diodes. And you're still asking Dave how they compare to GGW's? Since you've "built" 20 lasers with them, you should know by now right?

(9:46:07 PM) DarkLasers: yes, but theirs like two write modes for the different types of disks. I've built over 20 S03 builds, and not one of them put out less than 300mW
#
(9:58:03 PM) bryce007: and you've had 20 and not recorded any data on them? Has anyone posted a review on your S03 builds?
#
(9:59:14 PM) DarkLasers: no they havent, but they havent complained either. all are still living AFAIK.
Maybe Tyler is in the witness protection program . . . .
Or maybe he's a secret agent . . . . . .
Imaginary friends rarely complain
Peace,
dave
mhmm.
BTW dave, I think your sig should say post #52+
#
(9:49:50 PM) bryce007: it's just hard for me to believe that you've had 20 of these working, but you haven't said anything about it in the S03 problem threads
#
(9:50:10 PM) DarkLasers: I dont think we have a driver good enough to handle such forward voltage in a 1w BR diode, unless we use huge hosts (This was a reply to something bob said, don't take this one out of context)
#
(9:50:18 PM) DarkLasers: wait... you think Im lying?
#
(9:50:24 PM) DarkLasers: why the hell would I lie?
When you want to link a post just right click the post number and select "Copy link location", on other browsers you can still right click it, but you may have to click "Properties" and then copy and paste the link.
I tried that, it does not work with my FF browser.
