actually when i first got it, i hardly knew paul, so i got a run on the mill pointer.

it was after i did reviews for him we become good friends.

no the laser is not tweaked

Well, back in the day (the last time I heard anything was at least 2 years ago) there were these laser diodes that produced a circular beam profile. Here's an old link. Here's what appears to be the same thing with a new name. (See, I could have answered my own question with a google search if I wasn't so lazy..)

It's a GREEN LASER John, 532nm's that cost me just over $100.00 including S&H. I think I caught the tail end of a sale, 'cause I think there a bit more now.

You should be very happy - $100 for 70mW+ of clean 532nm
