Amazingly cheap hid flash light! Hurry limited stock!

I nearly grabbed one of the ones which shipped internationally but when I went to pay it said it was already sold. So someone beat me to it.

I've been wanting one of these HID torches but I can't justify >$35 for a flashlight.

Truthfully I'm not sure why I even bought one. I already have one and am not that impressed by it. A good quality LED flashlight will do better, last longer on a charge, and be easier to carry.

i just spent $75 on my latest flashlight :D bought another that was $40. it all depends on what your looking for and my $75 light will out throw this light or so im guessing based off specs but since i dont have a HID its hard to tell.

also i find it funny, laser people wont spend over $30 on a flashlight but will drop close to $1000 on a laser. i was the same way until i bought my first light, Convoy C8 and then i was hooked. you'd be amazed at how well these cheap lights do. My C8 can throw a good 150-200 yards and it was only $15! the $40 Sky Ray M4 will flood a HUGE area and throw a good 200-250 yards and the Crelant 7G5CS is in the mail. the stock head will probably throw a good 250 yards and with the aspheric head it will probably do a goo 300+ yards :D :D :D :D

Yeah jcranmer but it's not always about that, some times it's just cool to have something like this and for the price I'd take a chance.

Re: LED torches; low CRI and crappy spectral power distributions plague cheap units. That and the square beam and spot. I've got a 700lumen LED torch with a "zoom" feature that changes from flood to throw, but when it is anything other then flood you get a horrid square beam that you can see the bus bars between the emitters on as dark lines in the spot. It is almost a damn grid. There is no emission below 445nm or between 450nm and 510nm which gives vegetation an odd appearance, almost yellowish, despite a higher/colder color temp (which is due to a weak >620nm emission).

A big part of the attractiveness of HID torch is the wow factor, but I also like the beam quality and spectral response.

Guys, this is a scam.

I have been burned by this once, but thankfully PP refunded me my money without a hassle.

What really happens is the seller sends you a random piece of crap (I got a keychain light, others got a Chinese coin) and then disappears from eBay altogether.

Notice how he has 28 seller ratings?

Here's the thread: http://budgetlightforum.com/node/16655

that "square bar" is because in "thow" is more of an asphyrical thrower and thats what those are. those cheap flood to throw lights are crap for throwers. if you want a real thrower then you need to get a big deep smooth reflector. crelant 7G5CS is a great options or even the earlier models; 7G5 or 7G5V2. Convoy C8 is decent at throw like i mentioned but those cheap flood to throw lights are crap IMO. they may have decent flood but throw is garbage

well what should we do then? email the seller to cancel the order then document everything from here out??

thats what id do and if he doesnt respond file dispute ASAP. if he contacts you to cancel it then say i will after i receive the CORRECT item due to many scams out there now

Well then I have to thank whoever bought that last one for saving me $20. Though I probably could have been able to get it back with a PP dispute.

You're welcome. I have 2 disputes to deal with now.

EDIT: sent the seller a message. I will post if they respond.

This is why i love being a member of BLF as well......learn things on both ends :D Ryansoh3 look out for a small review on my Crelant i bought from ILF

Don't sweat it guys, PP will be really easy on this case.

I think what happened was it sent the buyers of the light an email about how the seller was now banned from eBay and recommended to file a case.

I took a picture of my crappy keychain light, and they refunded me the money right away.

Looking forward to the review Livinloud! :)
