If we can get genuine g2 lenses, is it possible to up my count from 2 to 5?

Exactly... we're talking about them. Has there been anything, beyond that one single post from laser66, to suggest that $6 is a real genuine offer?

You guys are silly for letting this GB get sidetracked by a very casual comment about "trying" to get a certain price. If you're not careful, this GB will just fall apart. If you delay and delay and delay, even though the GB has supposedly been closed, people will get impatient, pay the extra $3 they would have saved, and just buy the lenses from O-Like. Then the number drops under 200, more people leave, it snowballs, GB dies.

What's the phrase? $#!& or get off the can?
- I think that's where this GB is at. It's decision time. Time to start moving, or abort entirely.

I totally agree with you RHD...we will give him some time to answer...If we don't get any news from him till the end of day we will proceed with o-like! :beer: Susie also agreed to accept two payments one from US and one from me (international) :D

Of course the $6 G2 offer may not be genuine but that would be a rather rotten attempt to spoil the GB. There can't be any excuses. Over the years how many G2 lenses has the community bought? And before that G1 lenses.

Heed RHD's warning. We've already seen people drop out at the last moment in this one.

Jim: set a time table for certain decisions so that if Laser66 doesn't back up his speculation that you'll move onto plan B. Also, just choose one payment option and stick to it. If you have multiple options it becomes a pain to track. Personally, I like having the money sent to one person who then pays for the GB, but sometimes Pay Pal causes problems, and if there are 2x the fees that should be factored in too.

Also, I feel that it's kind of a dick move to Susie to back out at the last moment and go with laser66 instead. Waste of her time.

So guys I guess we are just wasting our time....we should move on with this GB...I am thinking about PMing everyone in this GB with totals and my PP...I hope you trust me and you send it as gift in order to minimize pp fees. Then I'll send the money to olike and we will be protected! :beer:
If anyone disagrees I am open to suggestions, I just don't won't to delay this even more...

yea lets get this GB wraped up and paid for with the "J2" ! if we are very patient later on we may get better deals on g2 and lens barrel and someone may set up another GB, but trying to squeeze in a side deal at the end of a closed GB may spell disaster for a number of different reasons,

awaiting confirmation for payment......

I think we need a definite answer on the pp fees before proceeding. If we have to pay the fee twice it's probably better to buy from ebay anyways...

I concur with moving forward on the J2's. 66 has had enough of an opportunity to respond. Everyone was aware time was of the essence.
