bit of a rush job but built this for a customer.

10x 445 diodes, beam is 5mm by 5mm @ aperture

They are some of the cleanest looking builds around, a goal for me to reach for.

and i just have a 1.2 watt diode lol hah a no ! this stuff is realy good good stuff and damn it's a choice between a laser like that or a good vacation and lot's of beer % chicks
 
This build looks very nice andy, how did you determine the spacing & staggering of the diodes?
Was the 1/4 wave plate expensive? How much did it cost and where? (if you don't mind)
