thats why i just ordered it! gonna be my first build and cheap as hell. can't beat it in my book. 1.1W 445 for $50+$50 diode? anyday!

Updated: This was a post about a couple issues with a new batch of hosts that I'm in the process of sorting out. In the meantime I will use parts from another batch until I find a solution.

Your pill will thread into the battery holder with no problem. You may need to apply the bit of tape or glue to the heat sink depending on how tight your lens fits into the module.

I just dropped, wait more like threw by accident this host on some tile floor.
I was holding the wrist strap and spun around and lost it. Still works, so i know this is a good quality host and can take a bit a damage, good thing because I'm a cluts

I recommend this host to any newbie looking for a first build, great price, great reliability!
