Yes, US customers use Survival Laser USA Home. We are a US-based company.
As stated on the store and in the order acknowledgement emails our offices were closed for 10 days, we just started shipping orders on Thursday and we expect to be caught up by tomorrow or Monday.
Any idea when my order will be shipped? Put in my order last Thursday (8 days ago)
