You however made many more mistakes: You got the manufacturer name wrong, mentioned the wrong goggle model, made a gross error in your graph and got the absorbance drop wavelength range wrong...

Indeed, the larger the host the better the heat sinking. Stainless is not as good as aluminum BTW, but it looks nice.

Green wavelengths are very visible to the eye even at very low power levels. I highly doubt anything close to 1mW was going through the goggles, that would be too bright to look at directly.
