I like the prices there. Just want some info on the site. Can't find much about it, and how close or far to specs they really are.

Do you guarantee the stated output of your lasers will match the tested output of your lasers on a Laser Power Meter?

BE CAREFUL, I GUESS THIS USER IS CHEATING IN THE REVIEWS OR SOMETHING IS WRONG THERE:

Reviews are supossed to be done by clients, not by Tmart (owner). 95% of the laser pointers has 1 to 5 reviews, all are excellent reviews as this one:

200mW 650nm Large Size Igniting Matches Flashlight Style Red Laser Pointer for Sale at Tmart.com

Where the "clients" (tmart in fact) says all the time:

"The laser is VERRY strong! burn everything, so USE EYE PROTECTION!!! its verry, VERRY dangerous, u can be blind by looking at the beam! (you cant get a cheap and good laser good like this except Tmart)After the notice,I had to said,i got the item only in half and two days,so its really shipped fast.Way to go friends."

At list, it's funny to read that a 200mW RED beam can blind you by looking it h4h4h4h4

Then, check the dates of the reviews:

2011-01-19
2011-01-19
2011-01-20
2011-01-20
2011-01-21
2011-01-21

So, you are selling 2 red laser pointers of just 200mW at $144.00 per day?

I don't believe you. I've read about 50 of your reviews and are all extremely happy with the products and service.

FAKE, I'll edit if I'm wrong when tmart give me an answer, this is a forum try to participate if you post.

I don't really agree with the paid sticky idea, because most if not all past stickies are important and for the lack of a better word, legit.

These thing have been discussed....This is just a paid ad. These are a large part of what LPF runs on, especially now!

With many other companies of this sort, the stated output power is from the manufacture, and the TRUE power is up in the air.

The prices are good, and perhaps if anyone is interested, a small purchase would answer many questions to the quality and power output of these lasers.....For many of these companies there are MANY reviews available through the search area.

Again, I personally agree with a Controlled/somewhat limited use of the advertising. As LPF is in legal talks with a company that will cost a penny or two to get through it is understandable.

i have a few thousands dollars in lawyer bills for something that wasn't even my fault. everything was resolved amicably but having to hire a lawyer to help with the situation was costly:

http://laserpointerforums.com/f59/donations-goal-increased-due-legal-issue-60024.html

plz put yourself in my shoes need to have these things to make up the cost. i think anyone else in my situation do the same thing

i would not plan on ever having more than 1 paid sticky ad per section. if u dont like a message u can jsut scroll past=)

If more of the members using the forum would donate there would be less call for this type of advertising..Cold is only doing what has to be done to keep LPF up and running.

I'm sorry for the wrong information, I change it, thanks.
18650 is just the battery model. Battery capacity has no effect on the use of laser pointer but the usage time. Most of batteries come with capacity between 2000ma and 2400ma, which is not related to the battery model.

Tmart, cause you've replied, i give you an advice, for try to help your business.

I'm not trying to bash you, but anyone know that a true 1000mW green module may require AT LEAST 4W (professional labby units) or 5W (handheld using glued crystals) of IR pumping diode, for give you that power of green ..... and this means usually more than 5A (from 5.2 to 5.4A, as far as i remember, for common 5W C-mount 808nm diodes), and a 18650 can't be used for this, for the risk of overheating and explosion.

I can understand that this mistake can be guilty of manufacturers (perhaps they always state too much power, in the tags), and that not all the times a company have available a laser power meter and an IR filter for measure the true powers of their products, but consider that for a good customers service, a true, measured output power indication is a must, especially if you want to run a trusted business in the laser field.

If you don't give precise (or, at least, coherents / congrue) informations, anyone in the laser field, seeing those descriptions, can think that all your items are fake, also if maybe they are not fake ..... so, maybe better invest a little bit in an LPM and some time in measures, thing that can give to your business much more serious look.

;)
