Re: NEW STUFF ADDED: Daguin inventory reduction sale!

Decided to send the argon through a star field grating with surprising results! (to me anyways haha)

I really like this last picture. Now if only I had the money to buy an argon laser myself.

With you, I generally can't wait as I scroll down, there's always a paycheck buster that I must have on the bottom. Temporarily resisting that 150mW ML is hard. Plus are those Siriuses ever coming back?

Highly unlikely the sirius's will ever come back, IIRC I read that it took too much time and the profit from them wasn't enough to justify it. Could be misremembering though. Also I am pretty sure I read he worked the metal by hand.

They have the Mohgasm driver heat sinked to the pill

I don't imagine that ML will last.
AFAIK, there will be no more of the Sirius host built

Questions regarding the Sirius host/laser, I am interested but what kind of warranty is included with the host/diode/assembly?

As with all my builds, I warranty the workmanship for life
I will repair for the cost of parts and shipping for as long as I live (or remain able ;) )
Abuse and/or misuse are not covered

Peace,
dave

I forgot to list the diodes :yabbem:

I have twenty (20) M-145 445nm diodes available
Bare diodes = $35 each
Diodes pressed into an Aixiz module = $40 each
Diodes pressed with leads soldered = $45 each

Peace,
dave

Honestly I never heard of M145 diodes. Are they the same as the M140 ?

Yes. The 145 model simply has ethernet and USB ports that the 140 does not.
The diodes and the LED are the same

Projector People : Comparison Charts

IIRC there are actually 1/2 a dozen different models of the "M" series projectors
The M-140 is the most "basic", "bare bones" model, so it is the least expensive
That's why "we" only usually buy the 140 model ;)

Peace,
dave

**EDIT**
-- There are actually eight different "M" series projectors
