nonono, IR is used for finding, red is used for projecting. Besides, I don't even think it would work with an IR camera or anything like that. I don't think the differences are large enough to see with regular means, or people on nightvision would look downright horrifying.

these things are always worthless. I've never used this one, but i've used the ones with leds.
there is always access, whether is be external jugular, or intraosseous
