Actually I think I've read somewhere that basically, everything that we see, such as this man reloading a gun with his feet (most impressive, by the way), we're also capable of it too, these muscle connection you speak of - we all had them , problem is that we didn't use them at all since we were taught to use hands from the very beggining, hence these capabilities go to waste. Rust, one may sayIt's a genetic capability, and it's also rare enough ..... muscles and articulations connected a little bit different from the "standard", permit to these peoples to move their feet fingers much more freely and coordinated than we "normal" peoples ..... same as the ones that can volunteerly move their ears, or those that can roll their tongue both upward and downward .....
But this person also have a specific ability and training, perhaps ..... "chapeau" :beer:
