Okay, so it's 2:10 AM and I've got school tomorrow, so like any self-respecting laserists I'm on LPF and looking for more lasers. I like to wander over to WL every now and then, and happened across the E2 Series:

E2 Series from Wicked Lasers - Evolution Pro Series

Your choice of a 50mW green, violet or red for $50, according to the description on the home page.

Elegant, efficient and superbly engineered, the E2 Series is a 50mw, two AA battery-powered pen sized laser. Precision crafted from T6061 aircraft grade aluminum, the black hard anodized compact laser represents a blend of both art and power. Incorporating state-of-the-art high efficiency diode and crystal arrays as well as high quality AR coated-optics to provide optimal beam quality, the 50mW E2 Series is frequently the industry's choice for professional applications. Available in your choice of three different wavelengths; 405nm purple, 532nm green, and 650nm red, the Wicked Lasers E2 Series represents an excellent choice for your professional laser needs.
Their drop down lists don't seem to sync up, there's only one 'Value Pack' option on the main page, and the specs list is copied from the Evolution Pro page.

Double post, I know. Seems the 'Introductory Offer' is $185 in the cart, including $40 for lasershades. There's some 'price' for $50, laser shades for $40 and the value package/introductory offer for $100.

Lame.
Wicked should have stuck to their game plan when they first released their 2010 line-up.
All I'm seeing now is hyped up redundancy.

I just followed your link and I was quite confused as to what an introductory offer was....because they don't explain it.....

The other big question is: Do I really want to mess with W.L. again after the last deal of no answers to e-mail and being lied to? I DON'T THINK SO!
Maybe in about 6 months I might think about it. As for now they can use them for anal probes!

I saw them yesterday, but thought that it is better not to post it. They dissapointed me in so many ways, they don´t earn any pushing.

I don't know much about WL, but I know a forum of WL is disgusting. I just register the forum, and it tell me anyone who mentions a laser pointer of other company will be forced out. terrible company!

And of course they have it " On Stock " !!!

WL could have the most freaking Beast for twenty bucks on their Website. I wouldn´t think about to go for it.

You better spend your money for a Brother Grimm Story book.

It doesn't matter if they advertise a 12W cannon at this point. No one in their right mind would deal with Wicked Lasers again. Not to mention they have already clearly demonstrated their ability to out right lie to their customer base about what they actually have.

So even if they did say they now offered a 12W cannon I wouldn't believe it until people had it in hand.

They advertised the Arctic as in-stock. It not only wasn't in stock it wasn't even fully developed yet. Even to this day it's not in stock and they still claim it is on their website. And that's just the very start of their issues.

No it doesn't matter what WL does now, I will never do business with them again, EVER!

The only quick things that WL did was take my money and would not answer any e-mails or any other type of message and they were quick to cancel my order, that was it.

Will I do business with them again? Probably not.

As the saying goes:
Fool me once shame on you.
Fool me twice shame on me.

I don't think WL bashes are acceptable anymore and usually lead to arguments between members and the chance for trolls(other than TJ) to make a nuisance of themselves....in the end it would probably get deleted and people might end up getting bans, so I think it would probably be best not to. Just my 2 cents.
