Where to actually buy a Flexdrive?






I checked my history more thoroughly. I did in fact get a preset current. So at least on my end, I'll have to cop to my own error potentially being at fault for the delay.

Side note, I have never ever seen anyone mention ***************** on here. Wondering if that's intentional for some reason? (I wonder that, only because I've seen practically every other source of laser parts at least mentioned once or twice).

I don't know if they're any good or not, but the fact that they sell Dr. Lava drivers at the same price as the man himself, at least makes me think they aren't total rip-off artists.
 
I'm not at my place right now and most likely won't be for one more week but
when I am at the laser den I will ship micro boost and V5 flex drives with next
day shipping for $27.00 and with silicone leads and current set for $30.00 ;)

Hehehe sorry that just :crackup: The Dr is awesome & has never come across to me as anything less than genuine, just so that's clear. I'm glad to know there's more then a few resources for his V5s out there too, I plan on grabbing several in the months ahead :beer:
 
Here's an interesting comparison now that I think of it -

I placed an order for those $1.99 Drivers from DealExtreme, AFTER I ordered my Flexdrive.

The DX ordered has arrived. My flexdrive hasn't :(

Go china?
 
Folks just an update from my first post in this thread, I got my order from last week today in the mail USPS. If anyone who ordered before last wednesday still has not gotten theirs (I hope & assume you have by now because I know the dr plays fair ball & is genuine) then it can't be another day. He's also very busy with how popular the V5s continue to be afaik.

My only guess for anyone who's been waiting longer would be that I did use google checkout when I ordered these, not paypal. I don't know if that process is quicker or not but I did go about the order exactly as it is was suggested. I also didn't order these preset.

Again, I hope everyone gets theirs soon if they haven't already. I love these V5s, I know you do too and I plan on continuing to order more of these until a V6 is announced.
