I have an older phone the Motorola EnV 3, it has a 3.0 megapixel camera. I use it for all my picture taking because my computer hates camera's, and will not let me download pictures. I'm looking for a new phone that would take good laser pictures, but not a smartphone. Any idea's? :yh:

Use a Micro SD adapter card, stick it in a camera, pull out the micro SD, place the Micro SD in your cell then pix mail em to ur email address.

You're still greatly limited by the size of the picture though...

The other option is to just get a sd card reader, if that doesn't work it could jut be you have too many drives... I've seen it happen.

i had a sony ericsson c905, really loved it, had a fantastic cam to! one of the best ive seen so far on phones.
only problem it had was that it saw 405nm as 445nm >< but normal photos where as good as a decent compact cam

^^^I used the C905 for about two weeks while waiting on a replacement for my blackberry.

By far the best camera phone I've used to date.

@Foshizzle45 - Why no smartphone? If you buy one, not through vz, you don't have to add in data plan.

So if i bought it from.. lets say, ebay? Then the data plan wouldn't be needed?

Only if you wanted to actually use data.. If you just wanted to use it as a dumb phone you don't need to add a data plan.

LMFAO @ dumb phone!

Yeah, as long as you're out of contract, and have your own phone, you don't have to add anything you don't want to...

Why you wouldn't want to idk... but that's a different issue:tinfoil:

The extra bill :gun:. I'm on a tight budget, and since i'm trying to save up money for a new quality laser, I need quite a bit of money, and i want to post some pics once i get it too.

Why don't you just borrow a friend or family members camera? Would save you even more money since you would not have to buy a new phone.

Maybe he also just wants a new phone, if you do get a smart phone from else where say sleezbay, DO NOT get a blackberry, I believe you HAVE to have blackberrys "special" data plan to use their phones even as a dumb phone.

It's actually a triple fail, I mean the iphone is expensive, it is a smartphone, and it does require a data plan. Basically all the things OP didn't want.

Nah, you don't need a data plan. I gave my 3 year-old son my old iphone for games and stuff. Camera works great.
