Just about everybody has one... or four.

My Grandfather's Uncle improved the drum head from his tiny Dodge City Music Shop, and ended up making all the drums for the Beatles.

Also... my good friend's great great great great grandfather started the Nebraska Chapter of the KKK. (Interesting, but not something he proclaims everyday)

Oh yeah, and my mom appeared on the Discovery Channel on a show where they showed Paleontologists digging up some huge fish in the ancient Kansas seabed. My mom was a part of a particular dig that took place in Glade, KS, excavating a 15 foot xifactinus.

I have a very bit part on a crime drama as a mug shot of a victim of a serial killer.
 
I was a stunt double in a few late 70s action porn films & also a rave dj for almost 20 years
 
I was on the news when my mother saved a cop that got shot in the face behind our car on the 4th of july, I found the cop.
 
My uncle is the CEO of an oil and gas company which is among the 25 largest in the World which are not owned by the government. It is the biggest part of the largest company in Denmark.

One of my friends is the great something daughter.. (don't know the exact family link) of the guy who invented the bendable straw.

I have been on TV a couple of times, but never anything major.. mostly very quick interviews.

When I was 13 or so I was in the group that broke the World records for:
Most whole suckling pigs grilled at once.
Most open tent structures put up at once.
I only discovered we had actually been participating in breaking those records the day after.. I thought we were just making dinner and putting up shelter.

That's all I could think of right now.. I don't really have any famous personal achievements so far.
 
My fiancee's grandmother is a second cousin or some distant relative of Jerry Stiller (Ben Stiller's dad).

I've seen GroundHog Day twice now since you shared theclip of him doing that piece in PM a few weeks back Hak.... That is so cool, AND that he's in my area :D
 
I have built a lot of lasers. Does that count.:thinking:
 
I hold a group world record for getting Rage Against the Machine to UK Xmas 2009 No_1 which was digital download only getting over 500,000 copies!!
 
Related to Audie Murphy thru my wife somehow.
Didnt really pay attention.
That and related to Joey Riley "does comedy in Branson MO" thru her.
