What is the best Energy drink that works ?

I hear you.... I heard the "egg" controversy as well...
I still have not stopped eating eggs... The day I do...
I'll probably get hit by a truck...

Jerry
That shoulnt stop you from eating them if u want.

If you want something get a GATORADE/Powerade, those contains electrolytes that will help you finish the race.
Or dont follow my advance and drink 4 redbull in row.

Don't use water, it will increase ur weight and slow u down. Snort pure caffeine before the race.

That really is the best idea. You can buy 2oz of pure Caffeine at United Nuclear for just $5!!! That should be way more than enough to get you through 400m!

I believe on the government for this one. Basic ethanol is pure energy. We make it here in Iowa to run cars. Distilled from the pure corn we grow. Just imagine pouring that kind of energy into your body --- POW, FLASH !!!! Ethanol burns clean with a nice blue flame and little polution.

GO GREEN !!!! :-)

i'd vote for Redline. after drinking that the first time I was grinding my teeth and cleaned my entire house and did a bunch of other things just to be doing something. makes you a bit crazy too..

also, Wes, what the hell is this. I do not like that you blatantly copied my logo design for your talk box site.

There is no reason to be rude. You got caught stealing someones logo design due to your lack of creativity and/or lazyness. Be a man about it and resolve the problem peacefully.

Actually there IS copyright. Ever heard of CC? Creative Commons?

Creative Commons

I upload my designs to my deviantart and I use CC on all of them. It's not that easy to steal something from the Internet if you get busted ;)

Yeah Copyrighted Website name not the logo. The design of the logo is not copyrighted.
I'm not gonna waist time changing it.

... how 'bout you be a big boy and just delete it? You obviously stole the idea for the layout and colors:spank:
Then when you have a bit more time on your hands you can design an original logo that reflects who you are. Right now yours just screams lazy little brat... I'm sure that is not the impression that you want to give.

Wes, either delete it or leave the forum. Youve cocked up enough times already to be banned numerous times.

Protien, Carbs and water for energy. Eat nutrigrain

I think you should read up a bit more on copyright.

Just because the logo does not have a © symbol on it, does not mean no copyrights have been placed. There could be a notice on the site declaring all images and what not.

© 2009 Blah Blah Blah will cover all content if its is origanal.

Under the Berne Convention, a copyright notice is optional on all works. The Berne Convention, for those who don't know, is an international agreement dealing with copyright matters. The convention is adhered to by all its signatories, which, at the time this was written, include some 160+ nations, including the US and the UK. Under this convention, a work is automatically copyrighted when it is created, whether or not the copyright is asserted or declared.

In other words, the moment someone creates an original artistic work, whether it is an article, blog post, music composition, picture, computer program, film, or whatever, the work is immediately regarded as having been copyrighted whether or not the author writes a copyright notice anywhere. The copyright notice is optional. Even if it's not present, the person who created the work owns the rights to the work.
