I've been noticing some users are giving them selves 400 points somehow. They only have one or two people giving them points, and those people only have a single rep point or no rep power at all, yet the receiving person has over 400 rep points.

I had a few, around 12 I belive. Not a massive amount but they were earnt from buying and selling and providing some support which I think is important.
