I don't make much video's of the lasers. :)
This is a custom build 660nm GF1 red laser. I was using the stock driver with one AMC7135 ic. I had to removed 3 of the 4 regulators. So the current is set at 350mA. Everything still works, even the modes.
The laser has three modes HI/MED/LO and also a secret strobe mode. Changing the mode is done by pressing the electronic switch.

I was worried about the case negative LPC826 diode but the anodizing of the host is so thick that the heatsink is electrically isolated from the body but not thermally. So the diode works just fine. :p

Wow that is the 660 twin brother of my 638... I love it... very nice, I can't buy any more lasers at this moment but I wish I could, this is one of the coolest little lasers you could get.

This laser is sold. I just want to show the modes.
I can build this laser on order. I have two sinks left but no hosts :)

Loving the small sized smart switch , awesome modes  Great work as always Blord!

Blord now I will be reading your posts in your voice! Haha this is an awesome laser, +1 when I get to my computer.

Would you be able to make a laser out of a Crelant 7G2CS? It has a ramping feature to allow infinite variability on power.

How much would you make one for?

You have already the 638nm GF1 so you want the 660nm GF1. It has much better beam spec but not as bright as the 638nm. PM me for details :)

I don't know about the Crelant 7G2CS. It is such a beautiful host.

I sold the 660nm GF1 for $225 and that was both the 18350 and the 18650 barrel.

Well that's not too bad, I know that mine is a small jewel. I love the size and the fact that it has 3 power levels. I will let you know, I still got to receive some new lasers that are inbound. This hobby has become a money pit. :cryyy:
