Len,

Gray has me down for a PL-C 473 (pending production) and a PL-C 405 (pending production)...

They're gonna be a while to be produced but I know we discussed timing in PM anyways - I just wanted to get my earmarks down in the forum here.

I got a PM back from Jetlasers early this morning, I sent him another option to get a quote on. When I hear back I will pick one and forward it to you.

I'm in for a PL-C 200mw 532nm. Got a quote from Gray but working out a couple of minor details.

First one out got delivered today-- so It is looking like Tue(or today) for the rest rather than Wed!!!
you have to sign to get it-- I did not want ANYTHING else to go wrong-
- If anyone got one with the tail-dongle disabled and want to swap (or will swap) for one that needs the dongle pin that comes with it or you can insert the Mini pin I made for you all( it is in with the glasses) and just froget about it-- by mistake I send out one without the dongle disabled and have been asked to make a switch-- maybe CD 520 will be OKay once I send him a mini pin-I disd not make enough for all to get one- but found the parts to make abunch more and will mail him one today- til I can get the disabled version--

I will look thru the $$ sent to me for the final shipping and let all know how much is owed -if any. It turned out to be $1.95 more than I originally figured due to the sign required fee.

I just put in a PM to Gray for various 650nm PL-C models. Just an FYI...

FYI - I'm a maybe, asked for a quote on some goggles. I PM jetlasers, could not find a "gray". I'm a noob here...

Gray = Jetlasers and Jetlasers = Gray

Len, the firm price on my PL-C 473 would be $520, so update that if you can.

Only catch is Gray's not sure if it's going to be available for a little bit. So I'm waiting for "go" on availability.

It's the PL-C 405 that's "pending" even pricing at this point. But I'm waiting on word from Gray on the 405, too.

So I'm waiting for go-for-liftoff on Gray on both of those.

So:

...PL-C 473 - $520
...PL-C 405 - $MYSTERY (spooky sounds)

With the somewhat bad newz about how Ca*io has made changes to the diode arrays- the 445nm diodes may get more pricey- especially if they make them impossible to remove-- I imagine that the new A-150 should tell us a lot--thanks to DTR--we need more to send DTR some fundage for this projector-- not fair that he take all the risk alone. I have PPed him for one. Its a 1299$ projector-- so lets all chip in with the understanding that we could possibly not get a diode from it.

Hey Len, thanks for the info. Really not good news. DTR's efforts are much appreciated.

Hey Aryntha, yes, PL-C 473nm is pending, so is the PL-C 405nm. I will let you know in the first time they're available.

BTW, if the diffraction gratings at this page: Diffraction Gratings - Jetlasers is preferred to the laser stands, we would like to add a piece of diffraction grating for each member joining the GB2. :can: It's much easier to ship, anyway.
