What is the Supreme Court reform that Biden mentioned in his speech tonight?
 





Virtually every court except the Supreme one has a code of ethics. If the Supreme Court had one similar to others, Clarence Thomas would've had to recuse himself so many times and/or faced impeachment. Taking lavish gifts from parties that have cases in front of the court is totally cool when conservative justices do it though am I right?

Virtually every part of the government has ethics to manage with. Why does the Supreme Court not have enforceable ones as well? This is long overdue.

It was a state bookkeeping law that Trump supposedly broke by recording a NDA payment as a campaign expense, NDA payments are not uncommon and not illegal.
Said bookkeeping law was bootstrapped into a felony by saying it was in the commission of another crime, that crime being..... hold on to your hats..... election interference.
This is beyond ironic when the entire trial of a bookkeeping violation was past the statute of limitations and the entire kangaroo court deal was intended to interfere with Trumps reelection.

Liberals will bend over backwards to swallow a democrat turd and swear it tastes like chocolate.

This after you ignore the political lawfare used against Trump..... word of advice, keep your hands off the scotus and our bill of rights !

You want to ram through your unconstitutional policy by interfering with the scotus, because democrat mayors have flat out said they know the law they are passing is unconstitutional, but we can pass it for now.

This is where we need accountability.

The scotus is often the only recourse we have against todays radical democrats.

You should have watched that trial. Or at least read my posts about it. There was far more than election interference. There was also tax fraud as well. In Trump's last impeachment the guys who handled his defense argued that he shouldn't be convicted by the Senate as he could be tried after he left office. It has now happened and now you bitch about it?
 
It was political lawfare. The judge was a conflicted Trump hater brought in special, not on the list of judges that was supposed to be randomly chosen from.
Trump was not even told what the charges were, this was made up on the fly.
The jury was 87% Biden supporters, 2 jurors had to be recused because they said they hated Trump and couldn't be unbiased.

All of that is complete nonsense. I even posted daily about what was going on in that courtroom. I don't care what judicial watch said. The trial was fair and judge Merchan ruled as much for the defense as he did for the prosecution. Trump's attorneys helped pick the jury and it had Fox News watchers and at least one person who went to Truth Social. That isn't true at all that any juror was kept on after saying they were biased. I guess this is what Fox News is saying now. The island of Manhattan doesn't even have 95% of Democrats. That pure nonsense.

Trump asked for a change of venue as the jury pool were 87% Biden supporters, sure they had to select a jury, but from a highly biased jury pool.

You are complete nonsense, Judge Merchan was conflicted, Trumps rights were violated, it's nothing but political lawfare and you talk about attacking the scotus, you have no scruples what so ever.

A majority of American voters favor universal background checks. Even gun owners do. I don't understand how you plan on getting more voters than just MAGAs as this won't work. In fact, Trump as said he wants to be a dictator on day one. He's just trying to stay out of prison. No one wants that as a vision moving forward except MAGAs.
 
No most gun owners do not want universal BGC, that's a falsehood.

That's just liberal hyperbole, it was a Trump moment of levity taken out of context, Trump never intended to become a dictator unlike Cackling KooKoo Kamala who laughed about keeping people in prison to be used as cheap labor.
