Senator Robert Menedez has been found guilty. Looks like he will be found guilty on all charges. This is very much unlike a Trump administration where he would stop all prosecutions against him.

Menedez was found guilty on all 16 charges. Sentencing is set for 10/29/24.

The RNC convention was complicated by the number of 1/6 rioters there. Some are actually delegates. Of those at least three had to get permission to leave Arizona as they were under indictment as fake electors.. This has now become a lawless party.

Trump got lucky. That was all that was. I'm glad he did because he is the gift that keeps on giving as Republicans cite, without evidence, that Immigrants are the cause of most crime and Trump wants to deport millions of them. If he somehow got elected it would be a disaster for the U. S.

And J. D. Vance has said that women should not be allowed to divorce as they should stay in a violent marriage even if they want out. That seems to be a prioblem for Trump who has been divorced three times. :ROFLMAO:

You're just slinging the liberal contrived mud because Biden is done ! Trump will win and you can't stand it.
Good thing because dems can not be allowed to pack the court, it could throw the nation into civil unrest if dems were ever able to pack the court and I know that's their plan, even you paul were talking it up just a week ago when you thought Biden had a chance.

Today's dems are too radical, too aggressive, there's no balance anymore, dems need a cool down period so Trump can cut wasteful spending and restore our economy.

p.s. How about the hate spewing " The View " being taken off the air for this week ?

Yeah, you guys are also going for the press. The first Amendment was made to allow for a free press. That was considered by the Constitutional writers to be fundamental to keeping a watch on power.

You are the one who was attempting to school me about ( slander and the 1st Amendment isn't absolute ) and now you accuse Republicans of what democrats are doing.....my God you are desperate huh paul ?

BTW The View is off the air this week because their owners know they pump the Trump hate that you were counting on to sway voters, but now that Trump survived the assassination they are pumping the brakes.

Trump, like the authoritarian he wants to be, is going after the press. That is irrespective of how you feel. He also said, during his stint in the White House, that it was the press that got him defeated.

Of course the press won't go completely away as places like Fox News are okay. That the dictator's way.
 
Ben Carson is speaking and he is saying the public schools are taking prayer out of schools. Where has he been? There has been a separation of church and state since the founding. This is the Christian Nationalism that the Heritage Foundation spoke of in Project 2025.
 
Nobody is forced to pray in public schools, but students should be able to pray if they want to and students shouldn't be discouraged from prayer or ridiculed for choosing to pray.
