Can anyone with a Krypton tell me how visible the beam is?
Is it visible outside during the day?
Thus far the only thing i have seen WL excel in is Photoshop, they sure know how to make a purdy photo to snatch up thousands of unsuspecting people
I heard they outsource their photoshop and site editing to the 12 year old with the 1w

I have the Krypton and the beam is visible under the sunlight. If you look carefully, you can even see the beam in daylight too. I did the burning test, punch a hole in the CD case and it did it within 5 sec or less every time. It could be .5 sec faster than Arctic. I have both.
First to buy one wins a cookie. First to receive one wins a second cookie. First to meter one wins massive disappointment.
:crackup:
Actually I'm not disappointed with my laser. It's very bright and is visible under sunlight. When I saw the beam during daylight, I was even more impressed. Just saying, even bad company, once in a while, do make one that is good.
Did you meter it? With an IR filter on it?
I'm quite sure that regular daylight is at a lower light level than
direct sunlight...:thinking:
It seems obvious that if you could see a beam in direct sunlight that
you could see the same beam in a lower ambient light environment.
@Atomicrox...
The visibility of a beam outside depends on the particles suspended
in the air (moisture...dust...pollen...etc).
