ALL SOLD

I have a few of these for sale.. These are 3 mode 445nm lasers
with adjustable focus, glass lenses, 2pc heatsinks (tapered fit),
and custom focus knob.

Each includes 1 battery (18350), charger, and a set of new goggles.
Im selling these as 1.1W as its the lowest tested power in the bunch.
1.3W was the highest..

The modes are as follows, high-1.1W+ (continuous) low-200mW (pulsed),
med-600mW (strobe)

Goggles are tested to ensure they are safe...

Any questions, post here or message me..

Asking $279. Canadian each. Warranty is 2yr full coverage against defects
on the laser only. Battery and charger are covered for 90days.

Runtime in 'high' is 3mins from a cold start, 5-6mins in med / strobe, and
endless in low mode 200mW! Tested up to 42mins, the demo model stabilized
and maintained a constant safe temp where the laser could be run for hours
with no cool down times.

From a full charge you get approx 45 mins to an hour on high, 1 1/2 hrs on med
and 3-4hours on low. Personally, I'd 'top up' my cell after 45mins of use if high
mode is mostly used. If you use low power all the time, at least every 3 hrs.

EDIT* Just ran my personal unit for 42mins in low mode. The temp doesnt
seem to exceed 33-35c even at the 40min mark.. Think its safe to say
that the runtime in low mode (200mW+) is unlimited :san:

Nice looking 445's. Really clean.
What is the duty cycle on these, and what is the run time out of one 18350?

OP updated... and thanks

The 18350 is rated at 1,200mAh, but im sure that's exaggerated.. So far
they are proving to be a nice alternative to 16340's, much more beefy
at a similar length.

Are you willing to sell without charger and safety goggles? If so, what would the price be?

Re: Sale / 3 Mode 445nm 200mW ~ 1.1W (Heavy Pix)

Keep in mind the price includes 20.$ expedited shipping... I ship
with tracking only.. Cheaper shipping without only save about 8$
anyway..

Without the goggles (granted you have), I can do 249. shipped..

That would include the battery and laser..

Thats without charger too right?

How does the mode function work? Is it low first, then med, then high like in the description? Or is it the other way around? How is the focusing knob btw? Is it loose like the ones on hotlight hosts or does it have a lot of resistance to it when turning it? I wouldnt want it to accidently turn a bit when moving.

It starts in high mode then tap the switch to select as follows,
high, low, strobe / medium.

Nothing in my lasers are 'loose'... The focus is good and tight, and
if you request it to be super tight, I can arrange that ;)

Edited OP to save confusion with proper mode order..

Is there a way to make it low, med, then high?

I was Eying those Host.:) They Look Great WB.:) Those Focusing Rings are a Killer. I can also say those 18350 cells are much better then the 16340.

:gj:

Cant Rep.:( If you keep on putting build out this fast the Rep system cant keep up wit you.

I dont think there is.. Besides these are boxed and ready to go.
Not much more to do.. Starting in low would be a bit more of
a hazard though.. Some might begin to rely on the lower power
and not pt on their goggles :scared:

I liked these hosts as they are more of a tube.. rather than the 'flashlight'
look which I was getting kind of bored with :tired:

I added a video to the 1st post if interested, have a look

Lol well, i just didnt like the fact that its not in ascending or descending order.

It would be nice, I agree... Honestly, all the 3 mode control PCB's
I have found seem to all share this order. It hadnt really bothered me,
as switching through the modes is fast, and its only three.. Not like its
hard to remember what comes next.

Nice Host!

Thanks

With the second portion of the heatsink, the wall thickness is almost
4mm, which is not to bad considering this was a commercial host..

Has a very solid feel with a nice and balanced weight.

Probably you should add another picture showing where the clickie button is located. :D Just a suggestion though..
