I had to turn down the Aixiz module on the lathe just so that the heatsink wouldnt have to be tinfoil thin.
It runs on a 10440 Li-ion. The driver is an Odic Force V2 set at 101mA. The updated version of the driver can be found here.

Great micro drivers for an even better price especially if you buy 5 at a time!
The heat sink for this build is tiny but the low power makes it adequate. It is all press fit so I cant take it apart and I forgot to take pictures before I assembled it unfortunately but I converted the host into a positive ground and fit the driver, module and contact spring in the head
If you noticed the rough ring above the threads that actually where I broke the entire threaded section off trying to press the heatsink in... I had to machine a paper thin sleeve and press fit it in the head section and then press fit those threads over it to reattach the threads on straight.
Action Shots
Next to a 250mW LOC. Its amazing how bright it is at only 41mW!
Beam shots
Compared to a 260mW LOC you can see its a bit more orange and amazingly bright for being less than 1/6 as powerful.
Ive got 12X 405nm, 685nm, and a 150mW 532nm builds in the works as well so hopefully I can post those soon.
